I am vaibhav shukla has take admission in marudhar engineering college ,bikaner . But I do not want to go engineering college I want to take admission in other college but they are saying no fee will be refunded .My finical state is not so good college admission cell is saying that no fees will be refunded after deposit the fees this given in aicte guideline .But I contact aicte they said that ther is no such rule . My mother is taking family penson . I am very sad now day . Nobody help me please help me college are not refunding my fee . Vaibhav shukla 3122 @gmail.Com date of fee transaction 11and 14 july

Reply: Dear Mr. Vaibhav Shukla,

We may suggest you to write an official letter to the college asking for the refund. Mention that there is no such no refund policy mentioned in aicte guidelines and you are completely entitled for a refund. Ask them to reply within 15 days of receipt of letter, failing which you will be taking further proceedings against them. Try to send the letter by reg. post and retain the acknowledgement.
