I have seen lot of complaints on tikona, i am one of the victims among these. My tikona service ID:1102960100, My harassment from tikona starts here. I called to the tikona customer care and informed them that i will be shifting my home from subramanya nagar ( rajajinagar-Bangalore) to (srinivasanagar banshankari - bangalore) so i requested the tikona care to send an executive to shift the connection to new address. I called again and again for 10-20 times for connection shifting, but they were telling the same thing, we need to check the network...we will tell the executive to contact...2 months passed then also they told same reason...i requested that i have shifted and once your executive is free send them...i called customer care to send executive again and again and requested that not to charge for the same..after all this they never called and then after 3 months they have been sending 3 months bills to the old address for there fault of not shifting..then they called me to pay the bill i have explained 10-15 people the same and then for 2-3 months they didn't call...then executive called me to collect the bill and modem, so i told i have been charged simply after my complaint...so after lot of communication with customer care and executive he agreed to collect only modem not the balance amount....then after 2 years i am getting threatening calls from different persons saying they are legal adviser of tikona (9696114621)..and they will put a case against me..i explained all the above what has happened till now...but they are not ready to listen...we don't know anything we will just put a case if you do not pay money..which i have been simply charged because of their mistake...they have wasted my time, money and been harassing me mentally..so i request the concerned people to help me...and also take care that they shouldn't harass anyone else. I request tikona people not to disturb me anymore.

Reply: Dear Mr. Kiran,

Such companies are very clever, so you should put everything in writing. Is there anything in writing like email or letter sent by you to tikona for shifting of connection to your new address? This is because, even if they file a case legally against you, you can show them the proof that you did applied for shifting of connection and it is their fault and you are not liable. If there is nothing in writing we may suggest you to consult any person with legal background to look into your case.
