Complaint Details
I received a bill of Rs. 7301/- on 7th October 2012, stating that 22862 MB data has been used.

My billing cycle was: 5th September till 4th October2012. On 12th September 2012, my connection has been disconnected.

1) On 26th October 2012, I checekd online in the Tatdocomo website, that my usage is 15144 MB (peak usage = 13393 MB + off peak usage = 1751 MB). And 10240MB is fre. So, extra usage = 4904MB (15144 - 10240). So, my bill amount should be 4904/2 = Rs.2552 + prorata based rental amount of Rs. 186.66/- i.e., Rs. 2738.66 + taxes.

2) On the same day, I contacted Tatdocomo customer care. But, they told me that unbilled amount is Rs. 232/-, and outstanding amount is: Rs. 0/- (TataDocomo Reference number M10383500, Customer support user = Fouziya Shaik)

3) But, finally, I received the bill stating that I used 22862 MB. And bill amount is Rs. 7301/-.

So, there 3 different bill amounts proposed by Tatadocomo. 1) Rs. 2378.66 + taxes. 2) Rs. 232 + taxes. 3) Rs. 7301/-.

So, I created several complains to Tata teleservices Ltd., but none explained me on these 3 values. I even wrote email to Appllate authority (on 16/10/2012), but no response is received till now.

Now, I'm getting threats from Tatateleservices, to pay the amount. Otherwise, they threatened me that will misbehave with my family. I received the threat call from +91.8693988811 (Manju).

So, please help to settle the issue. Thanks.
