on 18th feb, i was recharging my tata photon+(number 9241010157) for internet pack of RS 750 by www.freecharge.in, just before payment my internet was disconnected. i have waited for more than 15 minutes, but it was not shown as successful transaction(order id FCVW1302184193237), therefore i recharged my number again(order id FCVW1302184193570)
later on i realised that both of my transactions were successful, and for the same plan and same valadity, i have been charge RS 1500(750*2).
i contacted customer care of freecharge, they asked me to contact tata indicom, i contacted tata indicom, they said it can't be refunded. i requested them if it can't be refunded then please increase my internet plan for 2 successive months, they denied for that also.
they are neither refunding my amount nor increasing the valadity of my internet plan. please help me
