Complaint Details
I had bought a Sharp LCD TV bearing serial number 202713464 vide Invoice Number 23519 dated 27th September 2012 from their dealer Devi International, Jayanagar, Bangalore - 560011. I was promised about an extended warranty of 3 years. I had submitted the copy of the invoice to the service representative with all details, but I am yet to get the extended warranty card. Though I had called the contact centre regarding the same but I have not recieved the inspite of constant fllow up with them. Currently I have just one year warranty card, I am expecting an extended warranty card for another 2 years.
