Complaint Details
This is 9890735434, using the pathetic service of airtel for about more than 8 (eight) years.
But this time you have crossed the line of decency.
I want to bring to your notice my three complaints.
1) Money Fraud
Yesterday i recharged my phone using internet e-recharge by paying Rs. 399 to your service, but not a single penny got credited to my number. I have received a message from airtel that they have deducted Rs. 352.11 as activation charge and Rs. 49.32 for service tax.; hence; Rs. 00 credited to my number
2) Rude customer care
As i wanted to inquire about the same; i called customer care service by dialing 121 and making my choices further by dialing 3 then 9 and then 1. they kept me waiting for 7(seven) minutes coming with the answer that i will connect you to my senior manager. After another annoying wait of 3 more minutes i heard senior manager telling the person to cut the call and stop wasting the time on such a "FALTU QUERY".
3) Access cut purposely
I was shocked and petrified by this behavior; so i called back to the executive and reported the same, to which he asked me to hold the line till he will get back to me. i waited for 3 minutes more this time and the connection was cut from the customer care without saying a word this time. From that moment i am not able to get connected to them. The moment i enter the customer care executive's option i receive the words, "Airtel mein call karne ke liye dhanyawad" and connection gets cut. I think they are purposely not accepting the call.
Please help me to get justice as it is my hard earned money;and nobody should be allowed to insult it.
