Complaint Details
I BOUGHT MICROMAX A110 CANVAS PHONE IN EARLY JANUARY.THE PHONE HAD A DEFECTIVE TOUCH SCREEN.I GAVE MY PHONE FOR REPAIR AT MICROMAX SERVICE WITH COMPLAINT NO:N010020-0113-2767031 AT HAMIRPUR,H.P.THE PHONE WAS SENT TO CHANDIGARH BY THE SERVICE PERSONNEL AT HAMIRPUR.BUT SINCE LAST ONE AND A HALF MONTHS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY OR ITS SERVICE.
I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER GET MY PHONE BACK OR NOT.
WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE MICROMAX SERVICE AT CHANDIGARH THEY DIDNT GAVE ME ANY PROPER REPLY.
I REGRET MY DECISION TO BUY MICROMAX PHONE!!!!
