Sir i purchased a quantum mouse worth rs 100 on 13.4.2012 it came along with 1 year warranty . but in month of November(10 th nov) it got a defect
I went to the retailer (MK SOLUTIONS) and said him to replace the the mouse .he said me to go to the quantam service centre but because it was 1 day before diwali and so they said to come after 15 nov .i went to the retailer and asked him to keep the defective mouse with them and get it replace the retailer said that he will surely get it replaced on 16 nov . he said to come me on 16 nov . when i reached on that day he said that the worker of his shop to whom i gave the defective mouse is no longer working with them but after a long argue he said that the worker come after on e or two day so i said him to give me back my defective mouse only but he refused and to give me that and said to wait till his worker comes . i waited but he was still not able to give my mouse after 2 days saying his worker is not coming . i telephoned him so many times but he refused to answer.it was so irritating experience.he is not receiving my calls and neither returning my mouse.i also went to his 2 days from Noida to Delhi(Nehru place).
