It is by mail invitation at the companies portal bhaap.com, I had placed an order for certain items on 10.1.13, the order reference no given as per their automated system was:-100003692 1/10/13 ₹599.00 ordered, I made an online payment of Rs. 599 wide my net banking account on the very same day for which they have acknowledged on their portal itself.It is per their announced policy the items are shipped after 19 days of the order with payment, it is after repeated reminders they have sent a mail which is attached in a sequential manner:-

It seems & very well agree it seems to be a cheating portal(Bhaap.com) - in spite of 6 reminders I have not received any reply on the status of my orders as follows:-100003692 1/10/13 -599. & 00100003910 2/4/13 -499.00, I suggest we all consumers unite to-gather an file case against the management in an appropriate court-pl contact on my mobile no-919414159590.
I am suggesting all through Facebook and twitter. It is since long I am trying to track my order at your portal plus this is the sixth reminder I have given to you through you contact us option and mails.
Please reply immediately.

The food storage containers were shipped out last week, I will see why you haven't received yours and revert to you.
The Anchor Cutlery Set was purchased on the 4th of February and will be shipped out by the 23rd of Feb, 19 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the website.

I deeply regrett that you have taken so much long time to respond and my order was dated 10-01-3013 and as per your shipping policy, commitment, promise and assurance the item should have been dispatched after 19 days which you had confirmed in your mail too by the 30th of January, why the delay and it seems you all are still trying to play hide and seek, if the item has been couriered why you have not given the details and why the details are not available on your portal in my account where you loudly mention that the order details with dispatch made can be tracked, I would suggest please stop fooling your customers and stop making loud promises and comitmets, false marketing and sales do not last long.

In the past it was Pooja, anyway if the items have got damaged in transit - but for this you would have dipatched - then how did you come to know that they got damaged without the parcel reaching me, I am very confident that you are still playing hide and seek with me.
If it is to take 2 more weeks which is a very long time, it is till then please dispatch the items of my second order i.e. the cutlery set their is no need waiting for 19 days, I am sure you are going to do so under intimation and confirmation to me immediately.

I can assure you that we are not playing hide and seek with you, that is not in our interests, as you will only be further put off from us.
Our products do take a little longer to deliver, 19 days, because we are able to source them so cheaply. Unfortunately some sort of trade off has to be made to be able to offer the products to you at such a great price, in this case it is the delivery time.
I will ensure that you promptly receive your products.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I could not follow your words:-as you will only be further put off from us. Is it that you are trying to threaten me or something like that, please do mind your language for future, you are not doing any favor to anybody and not at least to me it is a commercial activity which I entered into with your firm by invitation and please do not have any misbearing in mind about your portal activity which governed by some general and legal rules and regulations, your company is accountable for certain loud promises made at your portal for any sort of lapse and misshaping on each and every commercial activity of any nature which is not in line with consumer interest or against it. Mind it what I have asked is to deliver my second order before the normal policy you have, as you have unnecessarily delayed my order for which you are solely responsible and the miscalculation is from your side and I am forced to have an understanding of hide and seek because of your own deeds and not responding in time even after several reminders and not having transparency at the portal on your defined and given system of tracking my order, it is till date you have not mentioned anything on the tracking system defined by you, is it for any academic interest or it should be functional, and conveying wrong message that the product has been dispatched and things like that. I am sure you would be aware about the provisions and the increasing awareness levels on cyber crime which is governed by some law, I would strongly suggest your company to please refrain from taking a consumer for such a ride by misleading marketing act, not keeping promise, giving misleading information, not adhering to systems made and allowing any representative using such egoistic and unethical language bearing a threatening tone.
I do not know who governs your company and what is the awareness level about the business activities and I do not know the responsibility level passed down the line to the staff and what training has been given on the principles of Marketing and customers and the customer related behavioral part, no business on this Galaxy can survive without customers - it may be a Platinum/Gold/Silver/Arms business, not to talk about appliances or the business activities your company is into. It is a thumb rule practiced all around the world retention of customers - today a safety pin customer may be a customer for a Jet Plane - big ornamental and fortune companies are talking about customers for life time - one customer make 100 customers if satisfied and if not spoils 1000 in his lifetime.
I am sure the owners/promoters would be having their own internal monitoring system and if so a careful note should be made by them also and this mail should be attended and responded by them only.

IT IS SUGGESTED TO THE EDITOR OF INSIGHT MAGAZINE THAT A DETAILED INQUIRY SHOULD BE CONDUCTED AGAINST BHAAP.COM AS THEY ARE CHEATING INNOCENT CUSTOMERS BY THIS PORTAL, I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO PLEASE GO THROUGH THE OTHER SOCIAL WEBSITES WHERE THIS FRAUD COMPANY HAS A PAGE MADE UP TO ATTRACT THE CUSTOMERS AND FINALLY CHEAT THEM BY TAKING THE MONEY ONLINE AND NOT SUPPLYING THE ITEMS PROMISED, IF A GENERAL SURVEY IS CONDUCTED AGAINST THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD FIND THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT CONSUMERS WHO HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY LACS OF RUPEES
