Sir,
I am using ASIANET BROADBAND connection plan Xpress275 (2GB)monthly plan from last 5 months, and extra 1GB free because I've ASIANET CABLE TV CONNECTION so extra Combo Offer(Free Data usage for Asianet Cable TV customer). I got discounted bill till January 2013.I got my bill in February with the amount of 2,684.42 Rs.They sent me full bill in January and February 2013 what about my discount 2048Mb usage..? .They are cancelled my Combo offer,without any messages or call to inform me about the my offer cancellation.I've called their customer care centre,and executive told me that, there are no discount in my account. Sir I attached the complait form that I've given to the Asianet mail IDs and manager. WHAT WILL I DO SIR..?
