Complaint Details
1. As per norms set up by RBI and GOI, the branch is to hold customer relations programmes and invite customers. In last seven years the Prabhat Society, Paldi and NRI branches failed to do so (the bank, vide letter no. AGM/III/COMP/123 dated 11/7/12 advised "branch has been asked to invite you when the next customer meet is arranged". I am waiting for that invitation. This proves that bank do not hold meet as per RBI guidelines)
