Hello sir,

This is M.Pramod, my Paytm id is: pramod221@gmail.com.

I tried to recharge twice to this number:9985619903 on 16.02.2013 from www.paytm.com website. Both times the recharge was unsuccessful but money got debited from my Bank Account. The money is not transferred to my Paytm cash account also.

My Paytm order Numbers for which the money is debited are: 74663041 and 74661047.

i sent 2 mails to care@paytm.com regarding this issue. But, i haven't received any reply from them.

Please do the needful.
