Complaint Details
I have purchased mobile phone from The mobilestor's online shop.At the time of purchase there was an offer of flip cover with the product.I purchased a black cove mobile and flip cover I received was of white colour which is of no use for me.I am told by mobile store that they will not be replacing the cover.This is cleary a cheating by them as they should have clearly explained this on their website that mobile phone and cover could be of different colour.My oreder no witht them is 3110313727803.
