I booked an airline ticket on Easemytrip.com on 1st Feb 2013 for Bangalore-Delhi-Bangalore. As soon as I confirmed the booking with my ICICI debit card details, I got a call from them asking to pay an extra amount to compensate for some change of fares. Also by this time, they had already dedcuted Rs. 20,000 for the ticket booked. I told them that this is unfair to call and ask for more charges, when money has already been deducted, and asked them to immediately cancel the ticket booked. They told me it has been done so and the entire amount I have paid would be refunded to me within 3-4 working days max. It's almost a month now and I have been following this up with them aggressively but to no avail.
I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am physically unfit to run about in terms of chasing them for my money. I am in my 7th month of pregnancy and have also quit my job, due to which I have limited monetary funds for disposal. I am hoping you would understand my plight in terms of the financial crunches that I am facing and the mental torture in terms of this company's casualness.
