Dear Sir, Madam, i had ordered a Micromax Canvas 2 mobile phone via online ordering through timtara website on 29th jan. 2013. y order number is 10390534. I was assured of delivery within 3 weeks time but it has not been delivered yet. And on the top of it,they have been continuously harassing me by not taking my calls, all my mails get bounced and my mobile number has been barred on their numbers.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as now i wish for compensation and that too higher one as this has caused lot of damage to me personally.
