I have
purchased a Bag form online shopping site Bags kart.

my order id is Order #120028050. On 19th of feb i got the bag. Bag id is bag:feelgood-fg044a-black-red-backpack.

but with 4 day its stitches are coming out, laptop space is very small
and cause scratches on my laptop.
their representatives are telling that they can't do any thing.

please find a solution for my problem.
