Complaint Details
I was relocating from Pune to Bangalore and I have contact to Sahara Pick Pack & Move Pvt. Ltd to MR M K Tiwari contact number 9850147403 on 08.12.2012 to shift my things from Pune to Bangalore. However he has packed all the things on 08.12.2012 from Magarpatta city, Jasmanium,T-1103,Hadapasar,Pune-411013 . As agreed he will keep my things for one month at his go down and he will shift my things to Bangalore before January End week then I called him on January 25th 2013 and gave my Bangalore address and he has mentioned he will deliver before 31 JAN 3013.Then I have called on 31 JAN 2013 but he has mentioned it will take another 2-3 days to deliver my things at Bangalore after then, again I called on 3rd JAN 2013 but he was not picking up my calls. After one week he finally picked my Calls from my new Bangalore number and he has mentioned driver’s brother got died and it will take three more days to get my things deliver. It was already 15 days passed I was staying without my house hold bike and it’s pretty difficult travel to my office and every day I am spending Rs 300 for auto and other expenditure due to not having my house hold things and slowly I have purchased almost daily use things because all my house hold, cloth bike, washing machine, wardrobe and three boxes with Sahara Pick Pack & Move Pvt. Ltd. Finally on 18th FEB 2013 Sahara Pick Pack & Move Pvt. Ltd Manager’s Navdeep Barala called me from Pune number (9552554907) and he has mentioned he has travel all the way from Delhi to sort out my problem and said your all the things will get deliver by 20 FEB 2013 but still my things has not yet deliver and now Mr Navdeep Barala is not picking up my call and by chance he has picked on 24th FEB 2013 and he has mentioned he is attending some marriage can’t talk. So right now I am hope less I don’t know when will my things will get deliver or not.

I want India Legal department should take necessary action on these cheaters and Shut down their Company.
