Complaint Details
I was gifted a BlackBerry 9860 cell phone from one of my Friends in March, 2012. Since then I am facing regular issues of my handset, where it gets hang incosistently and gives me problems. I have already submitted my handset in BlackBerry Service station and they say they have repaired it, where it works fine for few days and then again starts hanging again. I am attaching the latest copy of the Work Order number which was provided by BlackBerry Service station.
