THIS IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. JUST HARRASMENT. IAM NOT GOING TO DO ANY THING AND IAM NEVER GOING TO FLY JET AIRWAYS AGAIN

However as an exception, we suggest you to make a complete new booking using www.jetairways.com according to your preferred dates and revert back with the new travel details. On the basis of which at our end we will cancel your booking, and we can consider waiving of the applicable cancellation charges for the current booking .

Kindly note that the waiver on the new booking would be considered only if the booking is done on the website and not through a travel agent.

Please note we do not guarantee the same fare for your new booking as the on-line fares are based on "first come and first serve" basis.

My e ticket no is 5892 1877 37153

All you have to is to change my flight on Wednesday, 27 March 2013 from 9W 618 dep Kolkata at 6:30 AM to Flight no 9W 624 departing Kolkat at 13:45 in the afternoon on the same day

4. I then called Jet Airways booking office and they mentioned that I have pay $92 to change this flight even though the cost of this flight is much lower than I originally paid ?

5. I am unable to understand that rather than getting refund I am forced to pay for the cost of one ticket?????????? Is that the way you treat your international customers and fleece them??


6. I am a senior citizen and just wanted a convenient flight and I have to pay a very heavy penalty. Secondly your site says you can change the flight but in reality this is a fraud.

Highly disappointed??????????????

Can you please ensure that I get the later booking by Jet Airways Flight no 9W 620 ?
