Complaint Details
We bought an Indigo Manza (Petrol Version) in year 2010 from KHT motors Bangalore and the vehicle number is (KA03MM4949, Chassis No. MAT1613234ALE16938, Engine No. 323B66007060365). But due to product defects in the engine of the car we end up to keep sending the car very frequently to TATA Motors service centers (Averagely 1000 KMS drive) and in last 1 year the condition of the car is not in drivable condition
The key problems are
1. Engine Oil disappear from the engine in 1500 KMS drive
2. Poorest mileage even in highways (9-11 KMs per Littre)
3. AC stops working if we drive more than 200 KMs continuously
4. Noise from the Engine, rough break and gear box
5. Poor Pickup and driving issues in Front wheel (Make noise in turning and spoiling tyres conditions)
Last 1.5 yrs the problem was attended by many TATA service center and did not resolved. Based on santosh barabde,Divisional Manager, Customer Support, Service HQ, Mumbai in TATA motor letter head the car was taken out but experienced the same problem. Poor car is put mself and my family life is great risk many times. Can you take necessary steps to get justice for me
