My customer ID is 9540959 name S Trivedi I have complaints regarding the service of videocon d2h,they charged me a 150 for nothing, the engineer has visited to home on 21Feb 2013 & simply turn the dish here & there & tight the screw which is loose in the dish, for that they charged me rs 150 which useless they also said me that they charged if there is any parts are changed but the engineer not changed any parts in the box or either in the dish,I want to make a complaints regarding that they debited 150 rs from my d2h account that also not inform me that they going to debit from my account.
I called customer service they advise as per company policy their will be charges applied. As product is out of warranty, i had similar visit In month of Jul2012 and their were no charges levied to my knowledge.(Product was brought in month of May2010).
Apart from that Videocon is unable to acknowledge this charge or give receipt for this deduction.
Im sure they are not reporting to this as revenue earned from the consumer.
I appeal l to government body to check if a company can charge consumer without providing receipt , I think they are hiding this from government as revenue generated , cause any amount claimed as service fee from consumer will be subject to Service charges from governmental body.
