Dear Sir/Madam,
I had made payment to you broadband executive named Mr. Kalpeshbhai M.No: 8905060799 FormNo./Acct. No 493001 on 7th February. I was assured that the connection is readily available at my residence address i.e 19, Vaibhav Bunglows Part-3 near Gulab Tower Sola Road Ahmedabad-380061 but after making payment nor the person was receiving my call nor I had a connection made at my Residence. After a continuous follow up with Mr.Darshanbhai (Senior of Mr. Kalpesh) M.No: 9714440073, I was assured that the connection would be done in 7 working days then he told me that the connection is in approval and would be done in any condition on or before 18/02/2013. 2013020912178 is the complaint number which I had registered but no action was taken, neither I received a call from customer care executive and the complain was closed, again I had registered a complaint with no 2013021808852.
Now on 18th Feb 2013 when I called him in morning he was again asking me for extension in date for connection, but I was not able to know what is wrong with You Broadband that as per company policy connection had to be made in 7 working days and in my case it was more than 10 working days and no connection was made and no reply was given to me for status of connection.
I requested Ms. Sweta (Nodal Officer)to look into this matter and provide me with a solution for the above mentioned problem ASAP.
But I didnt recieve any reply in mail or phone from her side, I called the number but the phone was never picked up. After again contacting call center i got a call from the lady who was asking me to make another payment for 3 more months then only she can confirm about the connection. i had replied that I would make a payment once connection is made as initially I have paid for 3 months. Then again I recieved a call from the lady describing that the connection is not possible at you address and you would be paid back the money I had paid in Cheque form within 4 days but till now I have not recieved any cheque from the company. I would request you to look into this matter nad help me out in getting payment back from the company and take punitive actions against the culprits.
