Respected Sir,
I ported my number (9845046273) from Airtel to Tata Docomo as of 15th Feb 2013. Since that day my number has been completely blocked from the network and I am unable to make or receive any calls. However, more than this I am unable to call the customer service (121) also from my Docomo SIM. I have raised multiple complaints and sent lot of emails to Tata Docomo. But have heard nothing from them. The complaint number 349332025 registered as on 17-Feb-2013 at 13:12hrs.
I have resubmitted my address proof (Voter's Card copy also by email) to them but they're not taking any initiative to restore my connection.
My request, I have lots of calls exchanged on daily basis and I am undergoing a loss with my clients, because they're unable to call me. I seek a relief from being disconnected.
I hope Consumer Court will help me get connected again to the network.
