dear sir i m krunal gala have purchased jacket of monte carlo on 3rd nov 2012 from ahmedabad from their company outlet and with in 2 months color has been faded n i have given back in company on 17 th jan 2013 and now (25th feb 2013) they are telling it is not our flout we cant exchange it so please sir help me what to do. my complaint no is mcc9309 and it was of 3000.
