Hi,

This is Swapnil Kalambe, reside at Ghatkopar, have purchased a Prepaid Photon device last year, 23rd June for Rs.1000/-.
After a month I came to know that that was Postpaid device, I called customer care to turn in to prepaid.
Customer service denied to do that. I cancelled services next month.
Now legal notice has been sent to me.
Please advise me how to handle this now, I do not have any idea about this.
I have done a mistake I have not noted the complaint number for complaints I have ginve.
