eCommerce,Travel Service Provider M/s. MakemyTrip.com, have till date NOT REFUNDED the amount of a FAILED ONLINE BOOKING.
They missed their own refund commitment of 19/02/2013.
Intentional delay to give the REFUND Reference no. It was given after several complaints and follow-up.
