Respected Sir,

I have bought a New TVS printer on 21st Feb 2013 of Rs. 9500 from delhi shop. But it started problem on the same day when i make a contact to shopkeeper he tells us you should complaint to TVS customer care and then i have contacted to customer care they told us we will send the engineer to you business place but engineer does not come on that day then i again make a complaint to customer care but this time they did not gave us necessary response and try to ignore us by various method (cut off the call in between, etc.). it creats big problem for us because our daily billing of invoices depend on this printer. So i am making a complaint to you regarding the behavior of TVS Electronics company. I hope you will help us in this matter. I am sending you the full detail of TVS printer below:
