Complaint Details
I was Booked Aakash Tablet from datawind company Last Year December(2011), also I was paid payment Rs.2999/- by DD, for the tablet in April (2012),
they are promisse lots of time that they are sent me my product within three days but now over one year completed and I have not yet recive my order. and after
so many long time they offer me if I upgrade my order tablet 7C to 7Ci they will sent me my order with in three days and I was upgrade my order as they want and also
I have send them my balance for upgrade new product which was payment DD of Rs.1300/- by Speed post at 2 August, but not yet they have send me my order,
I am so irritated whit them chapness behavior then I will apply them for my payment refund in November 26-2012 but not yet they are mail me any kind of my payment refund
when I have call them on them tall free No. 18001802180 they are always told me you will get your payment refund in next 7 days agin and again and now thee month
completed after applying my payment refund but not yet I have recive my payment.


Dear Sir I really need your help about that I request you please help me please help me.
