i bought my dell vostro laptop from modern computers on 3 3 12.now i have issue with my dvd drive. i informed dell about this in january. but according to their record they shipped my product on September to the dealer(computer waves)from them modern computers bought on 2 3 12. according to them they will give 3 months extra warranty + 1 year warranty for their product.so they told me that it wad your dealer problem,so they have to replace your product or they have to request warranty extension from their side to dell and dell made a conference with call with me and modern computers and they explained the situation and they accepted to change the part or request warranty extension on January month...but till now they have not resolved my complaint and diverted me from one place to another also the ill treated me by the way the executive speak with me.
