Complaint Details
I recently did a recharge from airtel website of Rs. 98, for Internet Connection of Mobile No. +91998767365. The website clearly states in its exclusive web offer that if you recharge with Rs. 98, you will get 1 month validity. I have attached the proof of the same here. Hovewer, on doing the recharge, I got a msg that the validity is only of 21 days. On calling their customer care, i didnt get a sufficient reply, and they accepted that it was their mistake, and I am still unable to get some compensation from them. This is purely a case of misleading people. I want a compensation from them regarding this, and also want the government to fine this company for providing false information.
