Complaint Details
I have been using Tata Photon from last 3 yrs. Account No. is 909012520.
Three months back when i analyzed my usage i found i have been on
excessively high rent for low usage so decided to cancel Photon Services.
Photon Retainer team has tried hard to retain me and eventually i have been retained
by Nisha, who called me from the retention department and she offered me
Rs. 300 waiver in the present bill and changed my plan to Rs. 650 for 5 GB Usage. Bill of November, 2012
When i tried making a payment of Rs. 650 for that month (950-300** Wavier Given be Nisha), it didn't go through. When i called the customer service,
i have been told that reduced amount and waiver would be reflected in the next month's bill. I paid the entire amount in good faith.
2 Months has passed, neither i got a refund nor my plan has changed?
I called up customer service to enquire and series of bad incidents happened and eventually they disconnected
My connection stating I have given request, which I never. I am sending the whole mail trail as PDF Attachment.
I need a resolution of waiver and not changing my plan in the last 2 months and why my connection has been disconnected.
