I purchased Samsung N7000 on 21/4/12 IMEI no 351823054273651 from Heart Beats, (auth samsung showroom) Elgin Road, Kolkata.
The phone always created problem when charging, making a bepp bepp noise. I sent the phone to the showroom from where i purchased 2-3 times but the problem came back in few days again. Then I sent it to Service center about more than 5 times, but everytime I got different reason of this problem. Once they said its charging socket had problem, later they said the phone was not under warranty as they found water marks inside, whereas my phone was never in water. Then they sent me a quote for 18000 expense to repair it. when given to other samsung service center, the mechanic himself told me that no such problem is there and he saw no water marks, he said the battery is defective so I bought new battery (S/N no THIC220GS/6-B) but the charging problem continued.
I have been harrased after buying this phone from the first day and now I am said it is useless and my Rs.34000/- gone waste. I have been cheated after been given a defective handset and everytime they try escape with a new reason just trying to kill time till the warranty period is over. Please help and solve my problem.
