i m kunal kumar. my younger brother vishal kumar ,student in gurukula kangri vishwavidyalaya haridwar , doing b -tech,had applied for education loan from bank of india jharia branch in dhanbad district of jharkhand ,pin 828 111,in october 2012. bt still we haven't got it. every day, the branch manager calls my father and makes my father frustrate both mentally and physicallymy father is as a cloth hawker. it effects a lot to his job in going to bank everyday. my all documents are correct..we are totally disturbed with the branch manager. ..........so please help us regarding this matter....
