Nature of Complaint: I have been using Credit Card from SCB for number of Years. on 9th Oct'12 Card was blocked. Validity of Card expired in Nov'12. Nil outstanding. Last Txn was in Apr'12. I have 10332 points accumullated on this card ending with 5566. I wanted to redeem the same to AI flying returns. Various talk to SCB Cust.Cell no result
