I booked ticket from Red Bus site, ticket no:TF3S36872477, NAME:-K.Mohanachandran nair & Vishnu M. We choose boarding point as trivandrum, after booking the ticket we called at K P N tours the Bus owner firm and they said that they will board only from Marthandam( Tamilnadu) on 26th february due to Attukal Ponkkala Festival in trivandrum. we were unable to board from marthandam as it is far away from trivandrum . I called at the toll free number several times and they were not giving any satisfying response, they were telling that I have to cancel and 15% cancellation charge will be there, But the actual mistake was of the Red Bus website. They provided the wrong boarding point.
