Complaint Details
I have been billed Rs. 90306 for the period 17/11/2012 t0 27/11/2012 despite my credit limit being Rs 10000 only. I did not use the phone or sms when i was out of india during this period. if my phone was still on, my credit limit shoudl have activated and suspended usage beyond Rs.10000/- my normal usage is Rs. 5000 p.m.
