MY name is AMITKUMAR SHETTY owning a hyundai car ( mh04dy9996 ) .on nov 2011 i had been to mohol automobile services which is an authorised service station for hyundai located at 23/A , vasai municipal industrial estate , umela phata , papdy , vasai west , thane , maharashtra , 401207 , i had sent my car to the above mentioned company for the front windsheild replacement as it had developed a crack while plying on the road , which was successfully replaced and the payment done on the completion .but on one fine day of monsoon 2012 i noticed water dripping from the ceiling of my car the front where the glass and the ceilings joins . . . . .the water dripping went from bad to worse in a couple of days during which i was in manglore for a couple of months , after since i am still trying to get it fixed till date , but all in vain , they simply refuse to take any sort of accountability or responsibility .also the service advisor named , MR. bhushan kasikar has been very rude , mannerless and highly inconsiderate towards me and the issue , need help to file a complaint against the service station .anticipating a early response . thank you .
