I did furniture shopping worth Rs.88000 from Home center at GIP Mall, Noida..dated 23/9/2012.
Since this was my first ever purchase from home center, i was provided with a new membership card of The Inner Circle (of which home center is a partner. i was told that certain points has been added to my card and these points would be helpful in getting discount at my next shopping. But when i went shopping again and asked for discount, Home Center told me that there are no points in the card.
I was told to contact The Inner Circle for this matter and ask them to update my points. but they provided me no support.
so now, home center is asking me to contact inner circle and inner circle is saying that its a matter of home center.
I seek some support from Ccrc now.
