Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your information the following trailing mail for your reference. I had been following them since I have bought the product. But till date I have not received my refund and above all they have stoped replying to my email and even disconnected my account from which I have been replying to them. This the a very serious issue i am also worried to say that how many others might be facing this problem, How are they cheating the people and taking for granted. This a very deserving issue and you can see my reply and thier reply. Their 24 hours have not ended till date.

I would like to bring to your notice that I am facing the problem with the grouponindia. You can understand how they are fooling people. They have not yet released my payment till date. Now they have stoped replying to my email. I have tried to contact them by all sources. Now I request your to speed up the process in getting my refund. Thanking you for cooperation

If this is the type of services God help you and people should take note of the working of your organization and support services. They should not make this mistake for which I have suffered. I am regular buyer of products from other online shoppping but I have not faced nor suffered such type of services and support. It is realy shameful and disgusting.
