Complaint Details
Tikona is a service provider for the internet at my home, I have subscribed a prepaid paid for 1 year amounting around 5000 for a year, just after completion of the year they have send me a bill for next year continuation without any intimation or telecon for the continuation of the service, I had discontinued the service after the bill received but it was 15 days later to the date f start of service. I had also requested them on mail for sending me the revised bill for the usgae of my days of service, but not received till, now around 8 days before i had a call from the delhi court that a case has been filed by tikona against me and if i will not pay amount of 4985 immediately before 2pm on the same day then i need to attend the hearing at delhi court against the same. I had paid rupees 4985 immediately to avoid the case but was not justifiable so want the same amout back from the company.
