I am chandan kumar employed in central univerdity of bihar. I have taken new gas connenction from Sri Gokhula Indane Gokhula Path Gola road Off bailey Road patna on 17-02-13.They taken five Thousand two hundred from me and given me one cylinder and a regulater. and told to come after two week to collect all document.After two week the given me the followning document.here there was mentioned about total sixteen hundred.I have asked him to give me the bill about the money which I have paid to him. They denide and says that we take such money from every one.I have asked them about extra 36oo RS. The denide to say any thing.I told him that I will complain about this to the company and consumer forum.they says go and complain....
