DEAR SIR/MADAM
I BOUGHT MICROMAX A110 IN JANUARY 2013 FROM HAMIRPUR, HIMACHAL PRADESH.
THE PHONE HAD A DEFECTIVE SCREEN.
THE PHONE WAS SENT FOR SERVICE IN EARLY JANUARY TO CHANDIGARH SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIR WITH
COMPLAINT NO:N010020-0113-2767031
BUT TILL DATE I HAVE RECEIVED NO COMMUNICATION OF ANY SORT FROM MICROMAX SERVICE.
WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THE CHANDIGARH SERVICE CENTRE OF MICROMAX(MR.DEEPAK ;ASM;MOB NO.92163-41514);
THEY TOOK NO COGNIZANCE OF MY REQUEST.
KINDLY HELP TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT AT THE EARLIEST AS IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTATING AND MENTALLY HARRASING FOR ME TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY ROUTINE WORK TO KEEP CONTACTING THE MICROMAX SERVICE WITHOUT ANY RESULT.
