I have orderd juicer mixer grinder on 12-01-2013 worth rupees 2331 on pepperfry.com ( order no is - 100468598). Now by using the discount coupan its cost me 1631 rs and this is the actual amount that i have paid to pepperfry . Now pepperfry have cancelled my order and given me 2390 pepperpoint to buy something else from their site .one pepper point is equal to 1 rupees. Now I have purchased bajaj mixer grinder worth rupees 2149 rupees and yepme shoes worth rupees 499 ( order no - 100506685). I have uesed pepperpoints given by pepperfry for this order and so I have paid 258 rupees for my new order . now they have sent me defective shoes . And for that shoes they have refunded me 558 pepperpoint . When i asked them to refund money to my bank account they only refunded me 49 rupees . They have looted me . By this way they can do anything . they are making fool of people my giving pepper point .i want a geninue refund for my order .
