I am a customer ID no.1021446214 of Tatsky DTH for base package called south super saver which entitles me to certain numbewr of canels of my liking for a fixed amount per month.Recently,Tatsky DTH added one more chanel not wanted by me, and increased the price of the package without my consent.When contacted,Tatsky helpline pleads it can not do anything as the company added the chanel unilaterally and increased the price.I can not escalate my grievance further as there is no information about the organisational contact details.
