WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Chairman,

Sir,

It is shameful on the part of SBI that premature payment not made on 4/3/13 despite giving notice on 3/3/2013. BM WASTED whole day and writes at 4 March 2013 4:03:37 PM IST.

Tell your BM that deposit advise is NOT A NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT. It is simple piece of paper. It is already written on that "TERM DEPOSIT ADVICE (In lies of Term Deposit Receipt)". Your BM must know this properly.

2. The latest term deposit advise has NO provision for signature in front or back

3. In the instructions on the reverse of the advise it is very clearly stated as under:

" The account number given in the term deposit advise ONLY NEED TO BE QUOTED with your instructions to us for the disposal of the relative advise. THERE IS NO NEED TO PHYSICALLY SEND THIS TERM DEPOSIT ADVICE"

4. Further in the past, under RTI, bank has informed me that NO SIGNATURE (either in front or back) is required at any time while opting payment of deposit kept with bank. The reply was given in consultation of law department of the bank.

5. Customer is NOT required to submit an application on standard form of the bank. A customer can give application in any form and it will hold good for taking action by the bank.


Thus, the demand of your BM is NOT legislate.

This is nothing but:

A. The demand of your BM is NOT legitimate and bogus. In fact the BM does not know the rules of the bank
B. This is nothing but delay tactics on the part of your BM
C. This is pure intentional attempt of harassment to customer by BM
D. Flouting norms of set by SBI and RBI in this regard
E. If you remember, 2/3 times I reported and proved that there is IQ (Intelligent Quotient) problem with this BM and therefore he keeps on creating blunder after blunder but the Circle Management is not doing anything to change him with the result the ultimate sufferer is the customer.


Be noted that I have, in anticipation of credit in my account, have issued the cheque(s). If any of my cheque(s) is returned unpaid by the bank, as Chairman of the bank you will be personally held responsible. Further, my representative will personally go to the bank tomorrow i.e. on 5/3 to withdraw the money and if the payment is rejected, appropriate action will be taken against your bank.

Ask your PA to ack. the mail.

As stated above, all steps are against the interest of customer of the bank.
I request you to register complaint against SBI, give complaint number and oblige.
