ON 27TH jAN 2013, We received a bill of Rs.11500- on usage of internet for our number 9820296469.I had personally visited the santacruz (W) branch and met Saumya - in charge of the store and asked her to explain this hefty bill. She said that there was usage hence hefty bill. We had taken the data card only on 30 th November and had been facing numerous issues with regards to the Sim which was also changed and also the speed. The engineers
had visited our house twice and said that the existing tower will be upgraded soon to enjoy 3G speed. Vodafone has without permission increased my credit limit to Rs 12000 and has not even cared to intimate me on the alternate number provided to them during registration.The recovery agents keep harassing me on the phone and continuously email me.No one is ready to talk to me regarding my query on who gave them permission to keep increasing my credit limits without my permission , when i am paying Rs.650 p/mth only.The Head of Credit department is not ready to talk to me since they have no justification or any proof of my permission.I request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
