Complaint Details
Any house in India is a dream home for a person when he book a house in any society/area. In November 2011, we also saw a dream of our own home and booked a 2 BHK in Amrapali Hanging Garden in Sector 107 and paid 10% booking amount. After about one year, the builder asked us to pay next 10% within a weeks time and sign the agreement. We paid it on time otherwise they will be charging us 18% interest. In Decemeber, we came to know that they are going to start the excavation and then they postponed it again & again. After may follow-up we were unable to find the reason why the project is not starting. Today I came to know that they have cancelled the project and our dream home has remained a dream only which will never complete. Now the property rate has risen to a level where we can not book any house now. I would like to take the builder to court of law so that justice can be served and our hard earned money will not go waste. Builders is taking customers for a ride and taking undue advantages. These builders should be punished and penalized. I request take up this matter and ask Amrapali/Baseline Infrastructure to give us the allotted house in nearby society - Amrapali Heartbeat city at the same price we booked our home.
