I had purchased a Angry Birds Earphone Hands free With Mic MP3 Mobile from Rediff.com India_ltd (Order No: 7757540 Date:2013-02-06). They have failed to send it. In response of my several emails and phone calls, they said they had cancelled the order and will refund my money. Till date no refund have been done ( 399+60=459/-). This was supposed to be my first valentine gift to my girlfriend. Not only I appeared all embarrassed in front of her, but also my money was theft. I don't expect them to understand my sentiment but I am a student now and this money is very important to me as I don't do any job. Please look into this matter and take necessary steps asap !
