Dear Team,
I am gaurav Bhargava,i purchase a ubislate 7c+ tablet through datawind innovation pvt ltd.I receive the device on 31.01.13.On the same day i file a complaint against the faulty device.The complaint was verified from their delhi office on the same day.i talk to techsupport team and file a complaint against which they told me to send the device to Amaritsar which i did on 04.02.13 through blazeflash courier docket no:214355721.The device was deliverd to the company on 07.02.13.After that i receive a call from their techsupport team that after repairing you will get your device back with in 15 days.
Now after 29 days i am contacting on techsupport number 0183-2581330 from last one week and i am getting the same stupid reply that you will get back your device with in 10-15 days.This is a repeated action which i am doing from last one week.Today also i call and got the same reply from their tech support team.Please help me to get my device back as i lost my money and my device both.
