Dear Sir,
I had just bought reliance post paid 3G Smart SIM (9778457111) Card for Rs. 250 and subscribed for a 5 GB monthly plan under a tariff of 750 + taxes, on March 1st 2013. After usage of the smart SIM card in my Reliance Dongle for just 5 days, the connection got cut and to solve the issue I had been trying to reach the particular desk at the customer care executive center, since then, but all the dial options as quoted during the IVR call of the toll free nos. never helped me reach the particular desk. I fact the executives those who attended my calls had a simple answer that please dial the other toll free no. (*222) since this is for the pre-paid ones and not post paid. After dialing to the other no. the same this is to be heard for another no. (198) which I had called earlier, since the Reliance dealer had told me earlier to, while purchasing the 3G post paid Smart SIM. Following this, I had lodged a complaint against the particular customer care executive who had called me, to the senior executive at reliance, over the phone itself, after asking the executive to hand over the phone his immediate senior department. Still after getting over all these hurdles, the alternate nos. given to me, the issue is not sorted out, until I had the humble & gracious presence of the dealer himself at my office premises, getting ready to provide technical assistance, after which issues got sorted out.
The complaint is against Reliance Communications that they have not maintained any proper channel of communication for the customer to reach the customer care executives for help over the phone.
Further to that, details of internet GB consumption at the user end PC where the dongle is used are completely different from those shown at the dealers outlet end where the 3G post paid SIM is purchased. For. E.g. the at my PC after 4 days of internet usage the GB consumption is shown as 613 MB and the dealer says that, the consumption is 3 GB.
Further to that Rs. 30 had been charged three times on my father's mobile, using reliance prepaid-SIM (will be provided on request), three times so far, thus summing up to Rs. 90, unnecessarily without any reason, following which, when the customer care no. was dialed, the same story got repeated, as in my case of 3G post paid SIM, as explained above and, the helplines were totally helpless, hopeless, useless and meaningless.
If Reliance Communication can't communicate with customer's issues then, it's as good as it doesn't even exist at all.
